I need some answers. My wife dropped her car off for routine servicing and was told it be done “within a few hours”. There was no call or text, although apparently kurtis (manager) has stated jayce (ser routine servicing and was told it be done “within a few hours”. After multiple calls to the dealership, both the sales manager “mike” and operator “Barbara” was very helpful in trying to get a hold of kurtis but were unsuccessful. Eventually kurtis called back, and my wife explained the situation and asked for her car back- she needs it for work and child care. She was told that the soonest her car can be delivered is noon on Monday. This is a nightmare. Where’s the accountability? Who can I talk to to remedy this situation? Is there someone on call or a general manager who can assist? More
