If I could choose 0 star I would, my brand new vehicle, barely making 6 months old died on me while I was driving. I got it towed into Honda, ended being a fuel pump issue, ok fine lets get this fix, you w barely making 6 months old died on me while I was driving. I got it towed into Honda, ended being a fuel pump issue, ok fine lets get this fix, you would think it would be that easy right? Nope wrong, they ordered the part which after 3 weeks of following up and finally calling American Honda, it magically appears. Let me back up as to what got me upset enough to write this review. Not once did Tony Honda call me to give me updates, I had to call, each time for 3 weeks I was told repeatedly by Jayce that the part has not come in yet and THEY will call once it does. So on week 3 as I grow more frustrated I call and speak to Jayce, he then proceeds to tell me it is a factory recall part and advised me to call American Honda, now here is where is gets fun. I call American Honda, they look up my vehicle information and tell me there is NO recall on my car and that the part that was order 3 weeks ago was delivered and signed for by the dealership 2 weeks ago. They tell me they will call the service manager and have him call me and see where we go from there. At this point I'm pretty upset and emailed the service manager Kurtis, not once did he call me either. However I call again the next day and finally Jayce says, "yes the part is in, we are working on your car" then proceeds to tell me he has been getting calls from corporate for my issue. As far as I'm concerned this is Tony Hondas issue and I should not have to constantly nag to get a new vehicle repaired. Part of my email to Kurtis stated my need for a vehicle and not being offered a loaner, Jayce tells me that they only offer loaners to vehicles in for recall, I then said "well you told me my car part was on recall" , he proceeded to say he will look again and changed the subject on me. Same day they call to say part miraculously came in at 9am, I pick my car up in the afternoon to find its filthy. Again after being told by American Honda they would ensure they clean my vehicle. They called for a survey to see if Im satisfied to which I replied No i am not, they ended up trying to send me a car wash coupon. So disappointed in their service, I chose this dealership based on what I assumed was a great place. Never again More
