The reason I did the 4 not 5 stars was that there is always an issue re: contacts: they try to call my husband who died in 2015 and they have been notified, every time. It took more than one try to update MY cell phone number. When an expensive part came in they called the old cell # in my LATE husband's "account" and then my old #.. They did not bother to try my e-mail or land line, which is accurate in their records, so I went 2 months without airbags and finally I called. I do not want them to call and ask for my husband any more. They have tried to explain that it is their system; they cannot change the name. Maybe take a NOTE? If I start a new account with MY name then I lose the history of my maint. of my car, so I have been told. More

Great service and the BEST courtesy shuttle driver!! Had to take my company's '05 Honday Pilot in for recall servicing. First time they did the airbag swap-out but the ECM part wasn't available so had to Had to take my company's '05 Honday Pilot in for recall servicing. First time they did the airbag swap-out but the ECM part wasn't available so had to return a couple weeks later. On both visits I was lucky enough to have Judi G. as my courtesy shuttle driver to take me back to my office, then pick me up and bring me back to the dealership when the service was done. On both round-trips, Judi was punctual, pleasant and SUPER fun to talk story with! She is very friendly and outgoing as well a safe driver that knows her way around the area. It's employees like this that can make your day or alleviate frustration with an untimely or expensive repair job. Thanks again Judi! More

I was met with great service and attention from staff and the shuttle drivers were friendly and engaging. Unfortunately, the parts to repair my car were not in stock but with the diligent and expeditious efforts made by Natasha, I was set up with a rental service while my car was kept for repairs. I have never experienced such service from any other dealership/service center like Tony Honda and strongly recommend anyone to let them take care of you. More
