She made the experience special and pleasant. At first, I was unsure which car, model, and color I wanted and was so confused. She was very patient with me and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Tracie was able to get me into a new Civic Hatchback (which I really wanted) at the right price. She did a great job explaining all the features and benefits of the car. I contacted Tracie off island two weeks prior to coming in and she was great with following up and getting me the information, I needed. You can tell she loves what she does and she's really good at it. I'll be referring my friends and family to her. It was also nice bumping into some familiar faces like Larry Moody, Moi Mabalot, and Ron Oya. Scott Matsuoka in financing was great in explaining the terms of the deal. The whole time he made sure to answer every question I had with a fantastic, positive & patient New Yorker attitude (lol)! David checked in to a few percentages & packages to get me the price I needed with the functions I wanted. I actually had a scheduled appointment with a different dealer but ended up with David, which was absolute kismet! He even referred me to an insurance company different than mine which will probably end up costing me half what I've been paying! Overall it was the BEST car buying experience I could've asked for- hands down. More
