Overall an easy experience. Salesperson was friendly and attentive. Sales process was fairly timely. Only negative was that the vehicle wasn’t cleaned well inside and the gas tank wasn’t filled. He really went above and beyond to deliver the kind of customer service that “wows” you. This may sound silly but when I didn’t have a pen to sign my paperwork, I noticed he sanitized the pen before he gave it to me which really blew me away because it shows how attentive they are to customer safety during this crazy Covid time.
