Once I made the decision and put a down payment, the transaction was smooth and easy. I had called ahead to say I was coming to purchase the vehicle, and it was ready when I pulled up, beautifully detailed with a sold sign reserving it for me. There was another customer in the area that needed some assistance, I referred him to the customer that was looking at another vehicle so I can evaluate his customer service skills. He demonstrated a very positive and knowledgeable skills. I've waited until he finished with that customer and I asked for his card. About 20 minutes later he saw me in the waiting area and came over to me and asked me if I had any questions and if I was interested in test driving any vehicles.
