I never felt pressure to make any decision and Ken worked diligently along with other staff to get the deal done when I made up my mind to purchase a vehicle. Ken was great and I enjoyed the experience tremendously. I visited three dealerships and this one was far and above all the others. BTW. It is now 4 days later and I am still waiting on my return call from one of the other dealerships. I was promised a call back in 10 minutes. LOL. More
