Allan Capello has a terrific sales team and my personal dealing with Scot Robertson exceeded expectations with my recent lease of the Genesis G90. Scot was well prepared for me and had my previous sales rep (Richard Nakanishi) there to help prep the car and make sure my transition went smoothly. Getting a new car can always be uncomfortable but Scot and team did a fantastic job to complete the paperwork, explain the key features of the new car, and get me out the door. The dealership also has a wonderful servicing team with Lloyd Sanborn and Paul Cabigon and that is the other reason why I love dealing with Tony Hyundai Honolulu. When servicing is needed, Lloyd and his team are always accommodating and able to fix whatever needs fixing with minimal disruption to my daily schedule. I remember when I was younger or even just a kid, coming to car dealerships with my parents sucked. I hated going to car dealerships and since I then I was very hesitant about coming. As soon as I got to Hyundai Waipio I met Henry. Let me just tell you he has changed my mind about coming to car dealerships. He was very attentive, helpful, patient, and a great listener to what I was looking for. It made me feel comfortable looking for a car/suv. I never felted pressure to do anything and it was more the consideration that help me make my decision. The Tuscon is where it's at! His explanation and attention to detail was clear and informative. I was so scared because this is my first time buying a brand new car, Henry made it such a breeze and made it easy for me to understand what the heck I'm doing and also answered my not-so-normal typical questions. When it came down to signing my life away (haha!) that was a painless process thanks to Joshua M. Let me tell you this was the most stressless and fun experience buying a new car ever! The best car buying experience This is the third time in my lifetime that I've purchased a new car, and I have to admit that I was not looking forward to going through the experienc This is the third time in my lifetime that I've purchased a new car, and I have to admit that I was not looking forward to going through the experience again. But wow! I was pleasantly surprised at every stage of this purchase. Henry was patient and knowledgeable, and when I passed on the car I originally came in to test drive, there was no pressure to reconsider or try something else. I did have the Tucson as a (far) second choice, though, and Henry patiently and happily walked us through test driving the different trims. All of the tech stuff seemed intimidating at first, but his explanation of each feature was so clear that we were put at ease. It made the decision to buy a much easier one. Then came the dreaded price stage - but even that was so much smoother and nicer than my previous experiences at other dealers. This was the most enjoyable and stressless car buying experience ever! More
