Henry Murillo Jr. Is #Awe$ome I went in to Tony Hyundai Waipio to check out the new Ioniq Hybrid and met Henry who was kind and very patient as I asked many questions over a 45 min I went in to Tony Hyundai Waipio to check out the new Ioniq Hybrid and met Henry who was kind and very patient as I asked many questions over a 45 minute period. He wasn't aggressive, and didn't make me feel like he was just "making a sale" when I told him I was just "looking". He even took me on a test drive knowing that I was just checking out the Ioniq. I wanted a hybrid because of the amount out miles I drive but needed to be sure that my sister and I would be comfortable getting in and out of this car since we have orthopedic issues. I left Tony Hyundai and returned wth my sister about 15 minutes later and I asked Henry to take her on a test drive, which he kindly did so while I spoke to Mr. Capello, who bottom line, gave me an offer that I couldn't nor didn't refuse. I'm proud to say that I now own a hybrid. This is my 3rd Hyundai vehicle and my 2nd from Tony Hyundai where they treat you like their Ohana. Mahalo and see you in a few years for my next Hyundai. They have amazing customer service from the moment we stepped in to when we left the lot. Great waiting areas with options for quite waiting. We highly recommend this dealership. As for sales, ask for Kevin Gatewood - “Gator”, he’s fantastic! He is the reason we will be returning to the Tony Group. Everyone is friendly and professional, but Gator is by far and continues to be the main factor in our purchasing decision. Gator walked us through the options efficiently and gave us his honest opinion of the pros/cons for each. We can't say enough about Gator as our sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliché, but we hit it off like this guy’s been our family friend for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality.
