Fun Experience Each staff member who assisted with the purchase of my new Hyundai Accent went above and beyond my expectations. I had no intention of buying 'New', a Each staff member who assisted with the purchase of my new Hyundai Accent went above and beyond my expectations. I had no intention of buying 'New', as I am a confirmed cheapskate. I had my list of used cars I would be interested in, with details of the qualities I wanted and monthly payment I needed. When I met salesman Ken Smiley, (his last name should be his first name) I was pleasantly surprised by his nonjudgmental and fearless attitude when we began to tackle my list at the beginning of the sale. I was going to purchase that day, no matter what. Ken realized right away that I had set my expectations lower than I had to. I had to keep in mind that financing could be challenging, but low and behold, between Ken(Sales), Sean(Manager), and Jack(Financial Wizard), they were able to make magic of my situation, and pulled off a new car with only 30 miles on it, with registration covered, no down, $2,500 rebate, affordable payments and even hooked me up with insurance (Justin, with Liberty Mutual) until I could make arrangements with my insurance company on Monday. Angie with Options was very patient and professional while showing what else was available, if I so desired. Because of the challenges of this sale, the whole staff took it head on and were determined to make me a 'more than satisfied customer'. They treated me, not as if I were buying one of the least expensive models on the lot, but as if I were buying a high end vehicle. I knew I was consuming more time and energy then necessary, but not once did Ken Smiley make me feel like a pain. Instead, he made it FUN! It took hours before we closed the deal, and I was able to drive away in my stylin' new car. I was snickering, wondering, 'What just happened? Am I seriously driving home in a new car? Wow, what took me so long?' My previous mode of transportation had been a 94 Corolla BEATER, which served me well for 6 yrs, but I didn't realize how much I missed A/C, and smooth, comfortable ride. I felt like we were all there for me, and only me! Ken was my new best friend, and I'll forever be appreciative to him for his superb service! I look forward to returning for license plates, and to see everyone! I highly recommend Ken, Sean and the entire staff at Tony's Hyundai for anyone looking for the best car deal around and incredible service! More
