I thought I was only in the "shopping" phase, but after driving the car (with Sonia's help) and seeing the deal being offered, I returned back the next day to buy this great little car. I was referred to Josh Matsushige by a co-worker that had a great car-buying experience with his help. Josh thoroughly explained everything and helped me through the buying process. Jack was honest and open and made the financing and final paperwork easy, much better than previous car-buying experiences.
