Best car buying experience we’ve ever had! I had received a referral to see Ken Smiley at Hyundai in Waipio while we were out shopping for A car at another dealership. We had been put all day and after looking at the website’s inventory decided at 6:30pm to go out to see him. We were immediately greeted and while Ken was other customers we had been introduced to Gary who was new but my husband and I were impressed with his knowledge about the Santa Fe we were looking at. Gary was very accommodating and let him know we had enjoyed our time with him. Everything felt very easy going. When Ken came over to us the experience just continued with as much ease and comfort as when we first arrived. Ken took such good care of us and had stayed way past closing to make sure we were okay and still felt good about moving forward. We appreciated Ken’s understanding and patience while my husband and I discussed our possible purchase. We were not pressured to finalize anything and we’re given the option to continue the next day. That was a big deal for us as we had our children and it was late and didn’t expect to be purchasing that day. But we were so at ease it was just an amazing feeling to know we could continue on the next day without any pressure. And when we did finalize the purchase the next day Ken was there to make sure everything was perfect. He had personally made sure the exterior and interior looked immaculate. I could see he really cared about his clients and how they felt even after we drove off the lot. He went over everything about the car inside and out to both me and my husband. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Ken and Tony Hyundai. My husband also said everyone he had worked with was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. More

C I purchased a 2017 black Hyundai Veloster Value Edition DCT with Sales Consultant Richard Pak's assistance exactly four months ago, July 29, 2017. Coincidentally, the Stock No. of this vehicle was Y170729. I have been enjoying my Veloster ever since. My experience at Hyundai Honolulu was very pleasant and memorable. Mr. Pak was friendly, professional, and courteous. That day, he drove me to Hyundai Waipio to select a Veloster. He also introduced me to Allan Capello, General Sales Manager, during our price negotiation. I was satisfied with out-the-door price and drove the vehicle back to Hyundai Honolulu. Mr. Pak processed the paperwork while Service Dept. staff getting the vehicle ready for me. He introduced me to Dennis Ferreira, Sales Manager, and connected me with an auto insurance agent. He then scheduled the first service appointment and introduced me to Lloyd Sanborn, Jr., Assistant Service Manager. I shared this experience with my friends. Hyundai Honolulu met my expectations.
