I thought I was only in the "shopping" phase, but after driving the car (with Sonia's help) and seeing the deal being offered, I returned back the next day to buy this great little car. I was referred to Josh Matsushige by a co-worker that had a great car-buying experience with his help. Josh thoroughly explained everything and helped me through the buying process. Jack was honest and open and made the financing and final paperwork easy, much better than previous car-buying experiences. They were honest with me and I was able to get everything that I wanted and what worked for me! Amazing Service I was looking initially to refinance my existing vehicle, and my fiancé and I entertained the idea of perhaps getting a larger vehicle better suited f I was looking initially to refinance my existing vehicle, and my fiancé and I entertained the idea of perhaps getting a larger vehicle better suited for our growing family. We fell in love with a vehicle on their website and sent an inquiry online. I was called the same day by Ken Smiley, and we scheduled a test drive for that same Saturday at 3pm. When my fiancé and I came by to the dealership they were SLAMMED. We were greeted at the door and told to help ourselves to coffee or water and that Ken would come to see us shortly. Since Ken had some walk-ins, he asked if Wilbur Bergado would assist us. At first it was a little off putting because we were looking forward to working with Ken, however I couldn't be happier with the assistance Wilbur provided. He patiently showed us the cars we wanted, and gave us the realistic expectation as far as monthly payments, what we could afford, etc. He was very informative and courteous. We ended up trading my vehicle, which had some negative equity and rolling that over into my new loan, all the while in keeping with my budget. We got a steal. A 2016 Mazda CX-5 with only 3k miles. The ONLY bad thing I'd say is that because they were so busy it took about 6 hours. We got there at 2:50 pm and didn't leave till a little after 7 pm. I think people who have appointments should have priority over walk-ins as well. But all in all I'm so happy with the courteous service we received from Wilbur. We love Ken as well, he was really apologetic over not being able to assist and we really appreciated him checking in with us after the sale. It was great that both salesmen made us feel like people rather than a paycheck. I've been raving about the service I received and I'd definitely recommend those salesmen to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
