The Tony Hyundai team assisted me professionally to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. There was no pressure to buy, just straight forward about what they had to offer. In the end I felt like I received timely help and was out the door in a few hours with a new car. I went to other locations with Hyundai and other car make dealerships, but Tony Hyundai had the best deals on the island. Sonia assisted in setting up me up with a test drive and helped process the buy. She was professional and easy to talk to. My wife and I were satisified It all started with me going online to initially look for a used car at Tony Hyundai because of an accident I was in with our 2011 Hyundai Elantra, wh It all started with me going online to initially look for a used car at Tony Hyundai because of an accident I was in with our 2011 Hyundai Elantra, which we bought used from Tony Hyundai in 2013. I initially inquired with an online person about a prospective used car, a 2016 Hyundai Hatchback Elantra that I saw online. Josh Matsushige later called me up to set up an appointment with him to look at this car. When we got there with our friend, who brought us down, we found that this car was not what we wanted safety-wise. Josh immediately bought out a used out a used 2017 Hyundai Elantra, which seem to meet our needs, which we took for a test drive. But later on when we were in the process buying this car, our friend pointed out new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited to my wife, so she could sit in the front seat. Our friend also pointed out to my wife that it had more safety features that than the used one we were in the process of buying. My wife said stop, lets the new one in the showroom. I agreed. Josh immediate stopped the transaction on buying the used car. He immediately drove out the new car from the showroom so we could take it on a test drive. That was it, this was the car that we wanted. Josh was very helpful and between him and Jack in the financial department, they made it easy for us buy our new Hyundai Elantra Limited. More
