best experience ever Sean and Henry made my leasing experience the best i have ever had at a car dealership. i was leasing a 2014 elantra and took it in for complimentary Sean and Henry made my leasing experience the best i have ever had at a car dealership. i was leasing a 2014 elantra and took it in for complimentary inspection a couple weeks before end of lease term. during inspection Sean asked why i would not consider another elantra so i told him about the things i did not like about the car. he explained in detail how hyundai had made changes to the engine, transmission and fuel economy since 2014. based on that information i took a test drive in a 2017 elantra limited. Henry was the sales person that took me on the test drive. he told me to take the car on all the routes i normally drive including up to my house. i have never done such a comprehensive test drive before. Henry did not try to hurry me or take me on routes that were complimentary to the car. He said me he wanted me to take my time and be sure the car would meet my performance and comfort needs. i asked Sean to write me up a quote and i would be back the next day. there was no pressure to get any paperwork done until i was ready. in fact just the opposite. i felt that Sean and Henry truly wanted me to be happy with the car not just make a quick deal. i leased a 2017 elantra limited and had the best experience ever at a car dealership. thank you guys!!! I called Joshua on July 9 Friday explained what I wanted and what I could afford.I went in I was referred to Joshua Matsushige from my hair dresser. This is my first time buying a car on my own so I was nervous. Joshua was very patient and explained everything to me. I closed a deal that night came back on July 12 to pick up my Elantra. Henry did a great job while I was test driving the 2017 Hyundai Sonata Eco in showing me all its features and how it differed from my mothers 2017 Hyundai Sport. Jack did a great job at helping me finance my vehicle with no trouble and no crazy interest rates that I couldn't afford he's very humble and a honest man that is there to help you make the right decision on any extra packages that your car may need to keep it in exceptional look and performance!
