He talked me through what specific features I was looking for, any particular cars, etc. I had never bought a new car before so this was a different experience for me, and I was clueless. Josh educated me on a good variety of cars and what they featured, and we ended up test driving a car that I absolutely fell in love with. There was absolutely no hassle or stress with my first car purchase, and I couldn't be happier! I left a few days later with a brand new car that I felt like I had so much knowledge on to allow me to really get the most out of driving it. More

Also: when we spotted an error on one of the documents after we signed it, at first the dealership acted as though we had made a mistake, instead of immediately checking the document, so that was more complicated than it needed to be. That said, once they realized that the error was theirs, they fixed it right away. Also, the salesman, Richard, worked very hard to give me excellent service. More
