Was pleasantly surprised by how opposite it was. Ken Smiley helped us out and was awesome. Gave info without trying to push us in a specific direction and let us just look around a bit. We didn't get the "check with my manager" line ever and only met the manager briefly after we had decided to buy. Jason was very helpful with financing and helped us even after we decided to finance through our non-affiliated credit union. It had been almost 20 years since my last new car purchase, but won't be that long again until I come back to Tony Hyundai. More

Josh was patient, friendly, and didn't pressure me at all. I left the first day with nothing, he checked in with me the following day and I returned. I test drove another vehicle I had seen online and told him I liked it and would like it for xxxxx price. It was a quick, easy, and a great experience. Josh educated me on a good variety of cars and what they featured, and we ended up test driving a car that I absolutely fell in love with. There was absolutely no hassle or stress with my first car purchase, and I couldn't be happier! I left a few days later with a brand new car that I felt like I had so much knowledge on to allow me to really get the most out of driving it. More

Also: when we spotted an error on one of the documents after we signed it, at first the dealership acted as though we had made a mistake, instead of immediately checking the document, so that was more complicated than it needed to be. That said, once they realized that the error was theirs, they fixed it right away. Also, the salesman, Richard, worked very hard to give me excellent service. More
