The only good thing was the Service Advisor, Sheree Dacuycuy. The bad part was my car stopped working Dec 20th, and Tony Hyundai had no available service appointments until January 23, 2024. I kept calling to see if there were any cancellations so I could get in earlier. I was able to get my car to the dealer on January 17th expecting to have it sit there until the scheduled appointment on the 23rd. During check in I explained the battery problem & the ABS light. I was told it would cost an extra $200. to check the ABS sensor even though I just had it replaced 1374 miles ago. There was a class action settlement regarding this issue in 2023, so Hyundai knew it was their fault. Sheree managed to get the battery replaced & car returned to me the same day. (Which I greatly appreciated!) However the ABS light is still on. I think Tony Hyundai should stop selling more cars until they can service the ones they have sold in a timely manner. I was without a car for 28 days! More

Worst service in maintenance department ever experienced. Check in process was not clear. Waited almost 20 minutes after car was initially processed to speak with maintenance representative. Beverage (coffee and tea) were empty and never refilled during duration of visit. Asked about vehicle safety check upon initial checkin, was advised to tell maintenance rep, then when speaking with rep was advised I should have said something upon arrival which I did(very confusing). Was not provided an estimated time of completion for maintenance (found it in tracking link) After completion of maintenance, waited 15 minutes for vehicle to be brought forward, maintenance representative ended up getting it himself.
