To be honest I wanted to keep looking, but he was nice enough to stay back one night when he was done with work to answer our questions and make an appointment for us to come back. And he got us a GREAT deal for our Tuscon. We absolutely LOVE our car and he is to be commended. Not once did we feel pressured to buy anything, he was honest through the entire process, and when it comes to it, just a plain nice guy. Jason in financial also was very nice and made us feel comfortable. He explained all of our options in detail and we did not feel misled at all. He helped us choose what we wanted and we are satisfied with him as well. Hyundai, compared to other dealerships we've dealt with, is excellent!!! More

Happy Wife, Happy Life That's how my husband and I felt about purchasing the Hyundai Veloster on the very same day that he decided to buy his Azera. He saw how I kept looki That's how my husband and I felt about purchasing the Hyundai Veloster on the very same day that he decided to buy his Azera. He saw how I kept looking over at the various Velosters on the lot. With Henry's expertise and patience, we were able to begin another discussion about possibly purchasing the Veloster, which meant a couple more hours of talking, test driving, calculating, number-crunching, etc. Through it all, Henry and his boss, Allan, helped us to reach the final decision to trade in a fairly new and beautiful Mercedes so that I, too, could get a new Hyundai. I kinda did some fast numbers on scratch paper, and when I showed them to Henry and Allan, they immediately saw my reasoning. Allan, Henry, and I were all on the same page with the logic behind trading in the 2014 Mercedes and worked together to help my husband, George, see the long-term benefits of making the trade-in and purchase now rather than later. Thanks, guys! I am soooooooooooo loving my Veloster ... it's sporty and young ... yet classy at the same time. I'm glad Henry recommended the upgraded Turbo model as I was quite content with the base model. In a non-pressuring way, he pointed out the advantages and had me drive both models. My husband had already pulled the trigger and said yes on my Veloster prior to that point. Henry helped to point out some excellent features on the Turbo model (push-button start, more power, etc.), and my husband -- being a very smart and generous guy -- had no problem upgrading to that model. Now, it was HE, Henry, and Allan trying to explain the logic of the upgrade TO ME. I eventually agreed (even though more money), and I am glad I did. I enjoy the Turbo model more than I can say. Flitting around Oahu in my sparkling, new Veloster, I truly am the happy wife! More
