Ken showed us the cars we wanted to see and kept the experience simple and sharp. The negotiating process went well and I got the price I wanted to pay. If I was judging only on the sales experience my rating would be 5 stars! We found body damage on the bumper that they needed to repair. We were promised Thursday pick up for sure, but probably Wednesday. With no news on Wednesday I began the calling, hold, transfer, disconnect, please push this number for this option, ringing, transfer, hold, ringing, no knowledge process to my wits end. One person said they hadn't begun. Another said Friday. Yet another said 1:30 that day. I finally got a call at 4:30 saying it was ready for pick up! Seriously? I live in town and you want me to get it at 5:00??? We picked it up on Friday. It was beautiful. Still, I'm really hoping that Hyundai service in town is a much better experience. More

Painless car buying experience! I was looking online through their website and was contacted through email by John and Sean. They answered questions I had about their rebates in a v I was looking online through their website and was contacted through email by John and Sean. They answered questions I had about their rebates in a very timely manner. A friend told me about going through the Costco auto program and I did and was called back promptly by Ken. Went down to Tony Hyundai and since Ken was with a customer he had Josh take me to see the car I was interested in. Josh was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a color and I test drove the car back to the dealership. There was no negotiating and I was given a price which I thought was fair. Didn't want to make any decisions at that time so I took the weekend to think about it. Called Josh back after like 4 days and told him I finally made up my mind. Went back to Tony Hyundai and signed all the paperwork. Josh went through all the cars features with me and I was driving my new car home in just an hour. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a Hyundai (which they have done a really good job in restyling the looks on their cars) to see Josh for an easygoing, painless, and pleasant experience. Came to Tony Hyundai at the Autoplex after the Car Show to test drive a vehicle that piqued our interest at the show. After we arrived at the dealership (parked our car in a guest stall), we decided to look around at the inventory they had on the lot. This was nice because we were able to look at our own pace without anyone asking us questions. When we finally had questions to ask, we went into the main showroom area. All the sellers were busy with other clients so we looked around at the cars displayed in the showroom. We finally made our way to the display book with the breakdown of each car model when Josh approached and asked if we've been helped yet. We told him no and that began a very long but enjoyable journey to finding our new car. He asked the appropriate questions, ie what model are you interested in? What are your specific wants? Questions that would help you decide whether what you are interested is really what you want in the end. We test drove the model we inquired about from the Auto show. Both freeway and surface streets to get a good feeling. We turned into a parking lot to practice reverse parking the car. After we returned to the dealership, we sat with him to talk numbers. Yay, the fun part of car shopping. Whoever has bought/leased a car knows the joy of going through this part of the transaction. It can be the one thing that gives you a headache and could lead to rash decision making. Even though we did have a lot of back and forward with their finance guy, Josh was really helpful through the process. We never once felt like we were a number to him. At the end of this day, we didn't buy the car but had to think about it and crunch a little more numbers. We did say that we would sleep on it and let him know if we were planning on returning in a couple days. Day 2 - we made it back to talk more numbers and to get to a point where we felt comfortable. After we settled on one vehicle, we asked to test drive another... This was a different model from the first vehicle we chose. The test drive went well and we were back to talk more numbers. Again, going back and forward with their finance guy but eventually settling on a price we were comfortable with. (Throughout the whole process, we still felt very cared for by the entire team) After the necessary paper work was complete, we met with Jason their Business Manager. At this point in the transaction, this is where you sign all the legal documents and decided on additional coverage for the vehicle depending if you are leasing or buying. When we finally met with Jason, it was about 9pm-ish and we were all beat. But we all powered through this and left this evening without taking any vehicle home but with the "SOLD" sign on both cars. Day 3 - came back to pick up one car and the necessary manuals that come with the car. You get asked if you want to purchase the blue link featured at a discounted rate. If you decide not to, you will not be able to get the price at discount but will need to pay full amount after the trial period. We signed a little more papers with Jason because that is what you do when you have a few days to think about stuff and want to change it. After that, Josh was waiting for us to show us the car features inside and out. We then were asked to take a picture with the car and the transaction was complete! One car down, one more to go. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had when walking onto a dealership lot. They normally are just waiting for you to get out of your vehicle and came at you before you can really look at your own pace to decide what you really want. The team at Tony Hyundai have great customer service and know how to ease into the process. We will definitely refer our friends and family to Tony Hyundai at the Autoplex. We will be back on the weekend to pick up our other car. More
