The sales consultant greeted us as we drove in to their parking area and gave us a warm greeting. At no time, did he ever make us feel pushed to consider a car purchase. He was sincerely interested in listening to what we wanted and explained everything in detail as to the differences in the various packages for the model of car we were interested in. The quality of the new 2015 Genesis just can't be beat. It is a trendy, upscale luxury sedan that rivals Lexus, BMW and Mercedes, but with a much LOWER price tag. After finding the exact car package and color that we wanted, there was no doubt that we were interested in buying the car. Jason Bignell, our sales consultant, made what is normally a long drawn out process to negotiate the sales price, quick and simple. He and the finance manager listened carefully to what our terms and conditions were and they made sure our offer to purchase was respected. I took my car in for general maintenance last Saturday. The Service Department is very efficient. By the time I was walking out the door to get coffee next door, my car was already being inspected. Wow! If only the rest of the world was that efficient, then I wouldn't be stuck waiting a long time at the doctor's office for a check-up. And as always, everyone was friendly and explained all the work that had been to my vehicle. And bonus! They washed my car after the inspection which is always so helpful. More
