It was about 4 hours to test drive, choose, finance and drive out. Friendly staff is a definite plus as well. Hindsight though, I don't believe I got the max for my trade in and this new car was a bit overpriced. With my other two purchases I got the first 5 oil changes free, that would have been nice with this purchases as well but this dealer does not offer it. Maybe that is something that the Tony Group could take into consideration. More
