Service Experience I have been bringing my Hyundai to this service center since I got it. Check in & Service technicians are always polite. Service on 12/07 was quick. I have been bringing my Hyundai to this service center since I got it. Check in & Service technicians are always polite. Service on 12/07 was quick. Technician didn't let me know the final amount when the service was done. (I think I should be told before I get to the cashier.) Otherwise Gina was great. Cashiers were only "OK" as always. If they rec'd the same customer service training as the service techs this place would be EXCELLENT. They are the last contact in the service experience and can take great service 'over the top'. One last item: If the dealer would just give the 'coupon' or 'best' prices automatically without customers having to bring coupons and wonder which one is best that would take the entire experience OVER THE TOP. Continue to let us know about the specials - it will bring in the customers, but sometimes we forget to check for coupons or forget to bring them in. What a wonderful surprise it would be to be informed, "This month we have a special on..... and you will be given that price instead of the regular price of....$xxx." More
