They had our car for over six months and it’s still not fixed. Luckily we have car shield on the car or I would have been stuck with a $4K bill for nothing being fixed. Paul Newton got involved but that was short lived. The only person that totally kept us updated of the status was Pomai. So here we sit with an unfixed car. This was the worst experience we’ve had with this service dept. We’ve always had fantastic service until now, don’t know what happened. They’re good at oil changes and safety checks but repairs not so good. More
