Jason was absolutely excellent to work with. As a single woman I felt totally intimidated shopping for a car , believing that the vultures would pounce upon me and totally rip me off. What a delightful surprise and experience I had at Tony Hyundai. I told Jason my parameters and he respected them and we looked at cars within my budget. I was not pressured and I could ask any question I wanted without feeling stupid. Jason spent an extraordinary amount of time with me explaining how the car worked. etc. Additionally the finance manager was also terrific. Again, easy explanations and no hassle. I felt like a valued customer by everyone I came into contact with. Jason called me the next day to see how I liked the car and asked if I had additional questions. Without a doubt I would recommend Jason to my best friend or to anyone else who was looking for a car. Please keep up the excellent customer support. Thank you. More
On 02-06-14, I brought my 2013 Sonata in to fix a flat tire at about 11:00am. When I arrived, Lloyd Sanborn was the service advisor that helped me out. I explained that I had gotten a flat tire and didn't tire at about 11:00am. When I arrived, Lloyd Sanborn was the service advisor that helped me out. I explained that I had gotten a flat tire and didn't know whether it was able to be fixed with just a patch or if the tire would have to be replaced completely. I had just gotten off of work after working a 13 hour day. I needed to go home to get some sleep as I had to go to work again later that evening. Mr. Sanborn told me that they would not be able to take a look at my car until at least 2:00pm and so I asked to have a shuttle take me home and would come back later to get my car after it was fixed. I explained that I was really tired and had to go home to sleep, would wake up in the middle of my sleep to come back and get my car before the dealership closed. The shuttle took me home and the driver, Eddie, was very friendly and when I explained my situation, was very understanding and sympathetic. He dropped me off and about 10 minutes after I was dropped off, Mr. Sanborn called me to let me know that my tire just had a nail in it and would be able to be fixed with a patch and they would be completed within the next 10 minutes. I asked if he could ask Eddie to come back and pick me up to take me back to the dealership to get my car. Within 20 minutes, Eddie came back and took me back to the dealership. When I got there, Mr. Sanborn explained that the technician who serviced my car worked through his lunch and since he knew I had to go home to sleep to go back to work that night, asked the technician to work on my car first. I really appreciated the thoughfulness of Mr. Sanborn and the friendly service of Eddie. They both went out of their way to help me out and it's this kind of great service that makes me return to your dealership for all my service needs. Keoni set a level of service that should be the standard for all of your service advisors. He is a team member that should be recognized by a tangible reward by Tony Hyundai. The value he has for/to Tony for all of your service advisors. He is a team member that should be recognized by a tangible reward by Tony Hyundai. The value he has for/to Tony Hyundai is very hard to describe/measure. This is the second time that He was our service advisor. He maintains a level of excellence that if rated on a scale of 1 to 10; I would rate as a 20+. It would be difficult at best to look for anyone else should we have a need for servicing by his department. I can only hope that this feedback leads to something that will reward him for his high quality of service/work. He motivates the Hyundai customer to continually return for whatever service may be required. I bought a car through Tony Hyundai of Honolulu because my father-in-law has a good relationship with the group. They were very helpful to me as the buyer going through the whole buying experience. Andrew Jameson is an amazing young man! I have known him for over 15 years and I consider him my hanai nephew. I knew he worked at the Tony Autoplex so I thought I'd pay him a visit. I told hi that I was in for over 15 years and I consider him my hanai nephew. I knew he worked at the Tony Autoplex so I thought I'd pay him a visit. I told hi that I was interested in purchasing a new car...possibly a Nissan. He wanted to be sure I got a good person to help me so he introduced me to Sonia and she allowed e to test drive the Juke. It was a fun car and she got me a really good price! But I've had my eyes on the Tucson and the Mazda CX-5 for the past two weeks. I just HAD to test drive the Tucson before I finalized any purchase, so Sonia walked me to Hyundai and introduced me to John. I was pretty amazed that she was willing to help me out in that way! She was even willing to wait past her regular work hours until I got back from test driving a Tucson! Needless to say, I felt more comfortable with the Tucson. I felt so bad for keeping Sonia waiting only to tell her that I wasn't gonna get the Juke! She was soooo understanding and made me feel at peace for not buying the Juke. I will definitely tell all my family and friends about her awesome customer service and no-pressure assistance! John Kamamakana is very professional and good listener. He was easy to talk to and work with! He helped me to get the price down to where I could afford it. Jack was very friendly and personable too! He educated me on the different options I had and did not pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want to. Overall, I had an excellent experience at the Tony Group Autoplex!
