Went in to Tony Hyundai on the Christmas eve to accomplish few things, first return a leased vehicle that was taken out 3 years ago and to drive off another Hyundai. Met with Allan Capello, he got accomplish few things, first return a leased vehicle that was taken out 3 years ago and to drive off another Hyundai. Met with Allan Capello, he got all the details and numbers done in matter of minutes. Went out to the lot with Ken Smiley to look at the vehicle and drove it off the lot. I was so impressed, I ended up getting 2 Elantras. The entire process I believe look less than an hour. Later met with the finance manager, Jack Wolfanger who had all the paperwork done and ready to be signed. He explained the details on the loan and again, took less than 10 or 15 minutes. My goodness, I wish all other dealers got trained by Allan, out of 6 purchases I've made in last couple of years, this was most simple, easy process you can imagine. The one thing that you can improve on is the calling of customers when their car service date is coming up. They always ask if someone contacted me but I never got a call since I bought the car.
