I have been trying to resolve my reimbursement for my head gasket replacement, but have had it inspected but no clear result. It’s under recall though I had it replaced with my own cost/payment. I waited a month for this appt. The service should’ve taken 2 hours. I waited 6 hours in person. Apparently they put my car up, and tended to other vehicles while I say there for the entire day. Every time I go in for just an oil change I wait at LEAST 3 hours. I’ve gone there with concern for my transmission and they blew it off saying to wait until it’s “really bad.” This place sucks. The wait time after already waiting for a month? Ridiculous. Everyone else I talk to hates this place, too. They say they’re crooks and incompetent and inconsiderate. More
