Well when I was having issues with my car and had it towed to the dealer I was told it would take 2 weeks just to diagnose the issue especially since i didnt have an appointment and my response was how towed to the dealer I was told it would take 2 weeks just to diagnose the issue especially since i didnt have an appointment and my response was how was i supposed to know that my car was going to have issues? So i went in the next day which was a thurs, I decided to look at new cars, in the meantime i spoke to my rep and was told that she couldnt reach my insurance since i had purchased wrap around insurance when i bought the car and i was given the insurance number so i could call myself which made me unhappy because it is not my job to do her job so i went back to looking at cars and when the dealer found out what i was doing all of a sudden my car was being taken back to be diagnosed and i received a text from walt at the dealer to buy my car so i got the numbers and decided i would think about it i then received a call at 4:30 pm that same day that my car was repaired! Wow what a miracle ! I was told 2 weeks just to diagnose when they thought i wouldnt have to pay anything to having to pay for the repair all inn all a bad experience ! More
Mark Rogers and the team at Tony Hyundai were great to work with! I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle and Mark felt more like an old friend as opposed to an over zealous car salesman we have enco work with! My car was in the shop for over a month and a half. By the time I got a rental from them I had it only for 4 days and my car was done. I was told my car would have been done on a Friday and when I call By the time I got a rental from them I had it only for 4 days and my car was done. I was told my car would have been done on a Friday and when I called they said they were done but didn’t have anyone to road test it. So it sat there at the dealership till the following Monday. When I got my car back my car was on empty gas and the next gas station was far away. My car smelt like chemicals in the inside and parts of my door panel from the back seat was off and on the chair. The communication wasn’t there properly as I had to call daily and kept wondering on status. My tire was also flat and you would think they would at least put some air in it as well with alittle gas to at least get me home. I’m still waiting on the panel for my driver seat and haven’t gotten any status yet. I called the service manager twice during the process and he hasn’t returned my call. I didn’t have a car for over a month and a half and had to share a vehicle with my wife. I had to miss work a few days cuz she needed her vehicle and I had to bring my son to his drs appointments, football practice and to school sharing this one vehicle. Also the warranty manager who handled my case was unprofessional. He spoke to me once during the process of my engine coming in and he finally returned my called after 10 calls to him and emails on the last day of my car being done. More
