Henry Murillo is an excellent sales person, very pleasant to work with. The sales process could be improved to make it easier for the customer. The three step, persons, process was confusing. After the sales person, then customer service representative, and finance manger. They all were selling different items and packages. Also confusing was the cost and pricing. We did not see the sticker price which is what normally the customer sees to start with. Did not know that the about the preferred accessory package that consisted of the cargo hook, side bins, first aid kit, cargo net, carpeted floor mats, cargo tray and mud guards. The only one that we wanted was the mud guards. We purchased the rubber mats and tinting from the customer service rep, which we thought was separate, but was included as a down payment to the sales contract. More

My son and I love the 2016 Hyundai Veloster we just bought. Andy was really attentive in that I had initially inquired about the Costco special (which, I understand- pandemic- no longer exists) for a n bought. Andy was really attentive in that I had initially inquired about the Costco special (which, I understand- pandemic- no longer exists) for a new 2021 Hyundai Accent, or 2020. or 2022 also no longer available- pandemic. For my budget he offered to keep his eyes out for any small, gently used (2016 or newer) car. When a 2016 Hyundai Veloster came available, he called me early , even before it was on the sales lot, so I could claim it mine. The service department did a nice job making it look brand new, though test drove it I didn't notice the cigarette smell and that the driver sun visor was broken making rear visibility a little problematic. I paid for the car outright and the finance department was a little abrupt, stressing multiple times "as is- take it or leave it," while completing the paperwork. Thus I'm a little reluctant to call about fixing those two items, but I think I'm going to try to call Andy and see if he can help. He was so gracious. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Andy Kim at Tony Hyundai. More

Easiest purchase I have ever made! Dennis called me the minute I asked about the car on Friday evening and I had an appointment setup for first slot on Saturday morning.
