Jumping Through Hoops.....and landing on his feet! I was comparing two different new vehicles from two dealerships that are next to each other. I felt bad that I was going back and forth, but wanted to make the decision which was right for me. The Salesman, George Kramer, did a very professional job of understanding my needs. He encouraged me to take my time and to make the right decision. When I finally decided to purchase the vehicle from George he was very helpful and guided the way. Even when there was a problem with the Credit Reports (their problem, not mine) he kept his cool and his patience to get it worked out for me. My vehicle was delivered neat and clean. I picked it up at night, so George arranged for me to bring it back for a complete detail, which was done at their expense.
