Outstanding Customer Service! On 13 Oct 16 I went to the cashier to pick up my vehicle as it was after hours and my service advisor had already left for the day. It was then I di On 13 Oct 16 I went to the cashier to pick up my vehicle as it was after hours and my service advisor had already left for the day. It was then I discovered that I had been charged for synthetic oil change when I had asked for a regular oil change. I did say that if I miscommunicated this and because the oil was already in my car I'd just pay for it. Angela the cashier apologized for the mix up and asked me to wait one second, and literally a second later Ms Brazfield who I'm guessing overheard our conversation and took the initiative to come over and ask me to explain. I explained that maybe because I dropped off my car to a different advisor who then would transfer over to my regular advisor, that there might have be a miscommunication. She too apologized for the mix up and immediately authorized a price change so that I would only pay the price of an regular oil change. The impressive part is how professional, courteous, and loyal these two employees were. They had not been a part of any of my dealings up until this point, but yet took responsibility and initiative to achieve customer satisfaction. These two are a direct reflection of their leadership and should be commended. Way too often people won't hesitate to write about the negative, today I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the team! More
