Great service, comfortable waiting areas I was scheduled for the 12 mo./ 15k mile service, but Jason suggested that because of low mileage, I could do minimum maintenance and come back in ano I was scheduled for the 12 mo./ 15k mile service, but Jason suggested that because of low mileage, I could do minimum maintenance and come back in another 6 months for the annual service schedule. Thank you for the cost saving suggestion! I was scheduled to take their convenient shuttle to work, but since I was now doing minimum maintenance, he also offered to have my car done first so I could just wait for an hour and not have to be shuttled back and forth. Terrific time and cost savings! Definitely not the "rip-off" that many people associate with dealer servicing. Waiting areas were spacious and varied, could roam around and wait in different areas. More

I returned to the dealership 6 days later and she greeted me once again like I was family, she remembered me and my vehicle and the issue I was having and ensured I would be taken care of. In which I was taken care of in a extremely timely manner. I love this dealership and the staff and will inform my brigade of 5 thousand this is the place to visit for a new vehicle or maintenance. Jared England answered and God was showing His Hand guiding us. We prayer with Brother before we started and over the course of a week we knew it was the car for us. No pressure. No hassles. Just pure service from Jared. He kept in touch with courtesy and respect. It made us want to buy from him and bless him and his family in the process with the sale. I guess you could say it was a win-win situation. He is like family. I will ask for him and buy only from him in the future. I will even send others his way for sure! The spray washer for my windshield wiper stopped working. Since it was time for my service inspection I thought I'd get two birds with one stone. The truck passed the inspection with flying colors. However, it was discovered that a rat got into the engine & gnawed on the hose of the spray washer. The mechanic replaced the hose & I was charged only for the replaced part. Only at Tony Nissan where they really take care of their customers! More
