I was very dissatisfied with the issue I had with reporting a spot which looked like rust and reported it at the last service in Dec. 2023. The service writer took pictures and I was told he would notify the appropriate person. My car was serviced on 12/19/24 and as of today, 12/26/24 no one has followed up with me.
