I'm glad there were toys for my 6 year old to play with, and was also happy there was free wifi connectivity so she could watch videos when she got bored. My child and I were both comfortable, which attests to the family-like atmosphere. As we were leaving the lot in my new Juke, my daughter yelled, "I love you, Uncle Char-los!" - the name she gave to our sales rep Charles Watson. Also want to mention how much I love the Tony Group website. It is easy to navigate through, unlike some other websites I attempted to look at it. Charles said it best - Tony is transparent. Very nice customer service over the phone and very helpful. Kinda surprise but I was glad so I went later in the afternoon. Checked in was easy and everything was explained and done professionally. Very happy sitting in the waiting room with free coffee and a big screen TV watching the RIO Olympics. Change Oil was even done in less than an hour. Thank you! More
