Customer service beyond compare. My wife and I initially went in to look at the NV Passenger vans. We had done our research and concluded that this was a vehicle we wanted. Allen was the first one to greet my whole family (7 of us) with a smile and very positive attitude. As we casually perused the large vehicles available, Allen entertained the kids and answered all their questions about pretty much everything. When we decided to run the numbers for the van Allen helped us get a van with everything we wanted and then some. It was a wonderful buying experience that we wouldn't forget. In fact, when our second vehicle broke down we knew exactly who to talk to, and once again Allen was the man of the hour. He help us settle on a 2016 Altima SR which I LOVE. I can't say enough good things about how patient and kind everyone we dealt with was. Especially since we had 4 rowdy kids and an infant. More

I went to other dealerships, but they weren't able to do what Cal did. He even made it a fast experience. When I got there, everything was pretty much all set up. And in two hours, I was leaving the lot in my new car. He also took the time to call me the next day to see how the car was doing and if we're happy with it.
