Allowed us to test drive and get a hands-on feel for how the vehicle handles, what the different features did and how they were used, particularly important in the selection process when one is not familiar with what's available. Gave us a very good idea of what we wanted in a vehicle. Don Berry was equally courteous and helpful on the financial end and selection of warranty options. Only comment I have, and not a negative one but something which I personally feel would enhance the purchasing process for the buyer, is to have the sales person also present during that final stages of closing the deal and signing the contract. Reason for this is because in addition to extension of the basic warranty, there are other options and services that I would want to discuss with the sales person, with whom a good rapport has already been established, since I consider those to be part of vehicle I was purchasing. And also, when applicable, I feel the cost of those services and "extras" should be included in negotiating the total price of the vehicle. More

Cal was there to grreat us before we were ven out of the car. We didnt have to track anyone down which was fantastic having 2 kids with us. He was not pushy and showed us what we wanted to see. I could not have asked for a better experience at Tony Nissan. I traditionally HATE shopping for cars. However, this time was so different. Everyone was so kind and professional and very attentive to my needs. Best of all, they were not pushy at all! I received a good price from Aiaz and his professionalism, constant attention to detail, and follow up is to be commended. Scotty was very informative and answered all my numerous questions with courtesy and patience. He also was very good about following up on any concerns I had. Don Berry was so efficient and concise. The whole process was so smooth and quick. I had my car with very little effort. I did have one small problem a couple weeks later and the 'used warranty' was fantastic. The problem was fixed quickly. From the people that answer the phones to everyone else there I dealt with I give a big Mahalo! You guys are awesome! I love my car and your service was superb!
