Sales person, Kurt Speas was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like about my purchase experience was that the price was high. I initially went to Nissan to look around and 'browse' their used cars to see what was available and something that was within my budget. Lahela Kalua warmly welcomed us and asked key questions to see what I wanted and I explained my financial situation and she straight up told me what she could and couldn't do. I appreciated her honesty, patience and her genuine interest in helping me. She took me through the lot to show me the used cars that they had and she also enlightened me with the option of financing a brand new car that was within my budget. I was so excited at the reality of purchasing a brand new car and honestly my credit isn't the greatest, but she was able to work with it! I ended up with a BRAND NEW NISSAN ALTIMA 2013 and Lahela even stayed after hours to wait with me until the car was finished detailing and delivered! I truly appreciated her patience and honesty. She wasn't pushy and aloof like other salesmen I have encountered. I highly recommend Tony Nissan and Lahela Kalua to anyone that is interested in purchasing a car. More
