The service was great! I normally give these guys five-stars, but for some reason we waited a very long time for the car to be brought around. Each time, they were surprised to see I was still waiting. Several people were dispatched to get my car, but it didn’t arrive. In all, we waited about 45 minutes just for the car to be brought back. This was not for any maintenance work to be done, I had been notified six hours earlier that the car was done and ready for pickup. No idea what caused the delay, but I hope you folks can fix the problem. More
