When I brought my vehicle into the processing area, no one approached me to receive the vehicle. I had to leave it sitting there and go inside the Service Center to begin the process. My expectations in this regard were set by the in-car check-in process used by Tony Honda next door whenever I brought my Honda in for servicing with them. I assumed the same process would be followed by all tenant dealerships at the complex. I recommend adopting a uniform process to streamline the customer’s expectations.
