On November 13, 2019 I walked on to the sales lot in search of a VW Jetta that was posted online. Jordan helped me to locate the car and assisted me with all my questions. After the purchase when driving home the check engine light came on, so I turned around and brought it to Jordan’s attention. He has exceptional skills with sales, and makes you feel very special.He worked the desk the way I wanted him to work it, that was awesome. Offering what I wanted to do, cash and my trade and it wasn't enough. I called him that night and he still worked the desk buy finding me a Truck that would fit my offer. Called me back and said if I liked this paticular Truck I got a deal. I told him I don't like blue, but I would come in a check it out. I came in and he had a customer, so Jacob helped me. He showed me the Truck, and I loved it. Thomas impressed me for his persistency in finding a Truck to fit my offer. This past 2 weeks I worked the 3 Nissan dealers with 3 Salesman helping me. Thomas prevailed with his deal, he was real and up and up. The others gave me round and round excuses and I was angry. I sold cars back in the past, Thomas made it enjoyable for me, and that meant alot. That is customer service at it's best, and I would recommend others to work with Thomas. He is first Class in my book. More
