Beyond My Expectations ❤️ I was just miserable with my current car. Honestly it was giving me so much problems that it led to buying another vehicle. My biggest fear was of c I was just miserable with my current car. Honestly it was giving me so much problems that it led to buying another vehicle. My biggest fear was of course spending money. Who’s isn’t...right? I browsed online and searched for dealerships near me... I saw a Nissan Sentra but it was with another company that I heard they purchase auctioned vehicles and fix them up and maybe a little down the line later it turns out there cars start giving problems...my boyfriend was not happy about the reviews he researched on his own and let me know that he doesn’t want me buying from them. (Won’t mention there name here) So...I search for TONY NISSAN Used Car Certified ! I scroll through and impulsively call Tony Nissan because one car caught my eye! Low miles (12k) and 2017 ...for $15k!! So of course I’m going to call. So I call and ask for sales... BOOM , I got Jacob... god knows how badly I needed this to be done ...I told him I would like to come now and see this car and test drive...I got there, he pulled the vehicle up for me because I had my baby with me and I needed to carry my car seat into the car... We took the test drive, and I LOVED IT! I was absolutely in awe! 🥰. I wanted to set the deal. I had a pre-approved loan, so... I told him I would have to wait until tomorrow. Because it was after hours. We were doing a trade from my old car to this new beauty. Of course I forgot that the old car was under my boyfriend and there was some left on it for payments. Means legally we can’t do the sale without my boyfriend being on the loan too! So I’m like haw man.... I was feeling discouraged because I didn’t want to have to get him involved since is so busy and never had time to meet. So Jacob decides that my boyfriend and I come in to do the sale tomorrow. That we would meet at 730pm while Jacob would work up some proposals. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford to put down, and he went beyond our expectations! He even detailed and cleaned my new car, shampooed and cleaned the inside and filled my car up with a full tank of gas! To top it off he had it waiting conveniently by the exit door for me. He even took his day off to come and meet me to take care of this sale! Not to mention that Jacob is such a young gentleman but a team player! He is all about customer service and meeting someone’s needs when he says he will. I am so happy to do business with you Jacob and hope you stay with Tony Nissan for a lifetime! Amazing person and he absolutely cares for his people! I will refer everyone that comes my way to see you! He carefully listened to me goals, concerns and he had great feedback for every topic. I went in with a goal. I am pleased to say o left with the goal achieved but executed in a different way. I was introduced to his colleague who took over the sales procedure. I was met with courtesy and knowledge. It was the same fulfilling experience, just with someone different. Not a step was skipped and I wasn’t haggled one bit. I left with the car I wanted from the get go at and with an excellent deal to top it all of. Five days later we returned, where we were assisted by Mr. Knight. Mr. Knight exceeded our expectations. He was a fair and honest guy who went above and beyond to ensure we got the right vehicle for the right price. We were only instrested in a specific pre owned vehicle and instead of trying to push that off and sell us an over priced new car, he instead got us a great car within our budget!
