I was very dissatisfied with the issue I had with reporting a spot which looked like rust and reported it at the last service in Dec. 2023. This year at my service appointment I requested someone to reporting a spot which looked like rust and reported it at the last service in Dec. 2023. This year at my service appointment I requested someone to address my concerns over the spot which looked like rust. Again when my service was done I was informed no one was available to check. The service writer took pictures and I was told he would notify the appropriate person. My car was serviced on 12/19/24 and as of today, 12/26/24 no one has followed up with me. Did I get duped into buying rustproofing? More
