He listened intently to my concerns regarding what needed to be done to my vehicle, inspected the car with me asking thoughtful questions to ensure the proper maintenance would be performed. He also advised me of routine maintenance that should be preformed and why it was important. When discussing my concerns of budget and timeliness (I had family coming to the island) he ensured that my vehicle was ready on time and under budget. He even went above and beyond to have my vehicle detailed for my incoming guests. His dedication and professionalism was evident as was his patience and understanding. I can't express how happy I am with the customer service he has provided not only to me but to everyone he deals with. I highly recommend him and hope the dealership is aware of his value and efforts. More
