From the beginning, Daniel was friendly and very knowledgeable about my car's issues and the way the dealership handled repairs. Through the whole process, he stayed in contact almost daily to let me know about the back and forth communication between the dealership and the warranty company, answered all of my questions, and fought on my behalf to have my rental car cost covered by the warranty company while I waited for the repairs to be complete. Even though the extended warranty company refused to pay the entire cost, Daniel volunteered a solution that was helpful, affordable, and realistic for me. Before Tony Nissan, I only had disappointing experiences with dealerships on the island but I'm so glad that I found them, and would not hesitate to refer them or Daniel to anyone in need of vehicle service. MOST AMAZING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN 10 YEARS I have bought 3 cars in the last 10 years, including this most recent purchase, and I had the most catered experience thus far at Tony Nissan with Lou I have bought 3 cars in the last 10 years, including this most recent purchase, and I had the most catered experience thus far at Tony Nissan with Louise and Debbie. I applied for pre-qualification on the website before going in to ensure there may be something on the lot I would be interested in and also able to afford. I decided to go in the next day to check out th Jeep I was initially looking at however, upon arrival I was greeted by Debbie and Louise with even more options than I had planned. It wasn't overwhelming, just very considerate to find other cars in a similar range I was looking at previously. I previously owned two scion tc's and I was very happy when they told me I had a chance at a Toyota Rav4 within the same range. At the end of the tour I was still set on getting the Jeep as it was lower and the monthly would have been more affordable. Although, after doing some work on their end, Debbie was able to quote me an unexpected deal on the Toyota with a much better offer on the spot which allowed me to take care a lot of other necessary items such as the insurance and even a warranty option. I walked out of the dealership with more than a smile on my face, Debbie and Louise really took care of me in a tight situation where a lot of people, especially sales-people, wouldn't really care. Thank you again for all your help Debbie and Louise, you have really took care of me and I am FOREVER grateful! More
