We were looking for a mid-sized SUV with a fold-down third seat, but we weren't particular about the brand. We had looked at another SUV at a different dealership, but we were turned off by the high-pressure sales tactics. In contrast, Jared led us through all of the features of the Pathfinder and a test drive, but when I told him we needed to think about it, he made sure we had all the information we needed, but then he let us go, and without any of the normal high pressure tactics. He let the Pathfinder, Tony Nissan, and himself speak even louder just through his actions. He knew the quality of what he was offering, and trusted that we would see it.
