Ended one lease, started another I was deciding between several options at the end of my lease, and came to the dealership three separate times. First I did a couple of test drives with Francis, and worked some numbers with finance manager Darrin. We did not come to an agreement that first day but both Darrin and Jared reached out and encouraged me to come back. On the second and third trips to the dealership I dealt only with Jared (who, by the way, welcomed his FIRST CHILD sometime during all this!) and he was really helpful and patient. He managed to get me closer to my budget with the help of a cosigner and now I'm stoked on my new Rogue. Shout out to James Kawata also for helping me seal the deal and sign all the stacks of forms! What I asked, he answered or found the answer. The sales manager worked with me to provide a reasonable deal on a car and didn’t try to persuade me to do anything different than I needed.
