Great service each and everytime I was recently greeted by Shari (sp?) a fairly new Service Advisor to myself for a recent service for my 2007 Nissan Pathfinder LE. Not only was she c I was recently greeted by Shari (sp?) a fairly new Service Advisor to myself for a recent service for my 2007 Nissan Pathfinder LE. Not only was she courteous and friendly, but extremely knowledgeable about what was the deal with the check engine light that illuminated. She kept me informed of my vehicle status from start to finish and would routinely see how I was doing as I waited in the lounge. Although she mentioned that she is relatively new to the Tony Group, you wouldn't expect it from how she handles customers and herself professionally. I would have guessed that she had worked as a Service Advisor for a few years, she is that good! It is nice to know that Tony Nissan continues to recruit and hire top notch employees that not only consider customer service a top priority but can back up their work experience as well. I truly enjoy coming here each and every time. More
