DO NOT GO HERE! very terrible service! i was interested in a dart. next thing i know after tryin to finance the dart they couldnt get my payments where i wanted them very terrible service! i was interested in a dart. next thing i know after tryin to finance the dart they couldnt get my payments where i wanted them so they took it upon them selves to pick a different car that i was not intersted in at all an tried to finance the car without even asking me.... didnt apperciate it at all! on top of that my parents bought a Charger from them way nicer than any charger they have ever had on there lot (keep in mind these people have basic cars sitting in the "show room") ((low class)) my parents picked there car online... well they sqaid they would do everything they could to get me in a new car considering my parents just bought a very nice car from them... well the day my parents car was suppose to be ready... it wasnt!!! i was told by someone on there internet staff the car was ready it was not... there very slack i will never go back there they offered me less than my local (dodgeland of columbia) offered me for my car evevn though i was promised they best they could do since my family had just bought a car from them! very sucky service i will never recommend or go back to orangeburg chrysler dodge jeep! This time it took just a little longer, but we did purchase two cars. The salesman, Joseph, was professional and friendly; he was not pushy, which we appreciated. The finance lady, Jennie, was also professional and friendly, and not pushy. She made the paperwork process very simple. We would recommend this dealership. More
