This morning I drove into VW service and was greeted by Laura who was helping another customer. Kriselle the other advisor came out, checked the car in, and took me to her desk. While sitting with Kriselle, I had the most horrible experience. Two women in an office behind the service advisors were swearing, making lewd comments, and talking badly about another employee. The women were talking loudly so I was able to hear one of the women call the other Hannah but I was not able to catch the other woman’s name. This is a hostile, uncomfortable environment for everyone. Tsk! Tsk! More
