Had new struts put on and they did an alignment as well. They messed up the orientation of the steering wheel during the alignment. Setup another appointment to get it corrected, they took 2 hours and said They messed up the orientation of the steering wheel during the alignment. We immediately went back and the mechanic yelled at the service rep that was helping us saying we didn't drive the car enough for the steering wheel to straighten out and wouldn't even hear us out that the issue was that the steering wheel was not positioned correctly during the alignment. We brought it to Subaru and they corrected the issue that we told Hyundai it was. Been a customer of Hyundai for about 20 years. I will not be going back - service has consistently gone downhill. The mechanics also should not be yelling at the staff helping customers with a legitimate concern. More

I live in Newtown and originally went to the Danbury Hyundai dealership, looking for a new car. The saleswoman I dealt with there was okay, but Rudolpho, the finance guy, was condescending, deceitful (a Hyundai dealership, looking for a new car. The saleswoman I dealt with there was okay, but Rudolpho, the finance guy, was condescending, deceitful (adding an expensive warranty--on a new car!--that he never asked me about), and disrespectful. I walked out. The next day, I drove 40 minutes to Torrington Hyundai after speaking with the salesguy, Steve Smith, who was lovely and patient on the phone. He had the car I saw on their website waiting for me when I got there. No baloney. I took it for a test drive, and then I met with Mike Lovallo, the finance person. All was above board. I definitely recommend them--and I'm glad I bought my new Hyundai there! More

Would not recommend! Never had any issue while driving with transmission while driving before!! Only when trying to start the car. Third time had it towed back to Hyundai and they told me I now need a whole transmission. My daughter had her car there same time and had to bring it back too. Still wasn't fixed after 2nd time, she learned from my mistake and brought to different dealer to get fixed. Something is very wrong in their service department!! More
