Our sales staff is professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly in ways that make you feel just like family. SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. Fabulous Customer Service Chris' customer service was excellent! He was available to answer my questions and work with me while trying to repair my front bumper. Great dealership for sales and service I purchased / leased my Highlander from this dealership some years ago. I was able to make a proper deal for my previous Highlander model, after not b I purchased / leased my Highlander from this dealership some years ago. I was able to make a proper deal for my previous Highlander model, after not being able to do so with the Danbury dealership where I originally purchased the car. So, have been having my car serviced at Torrington, ever since. The place is clean, neat and friendly. Service is quick, and effective. No problems with any of the work done there. Waiting room is comfortable, too. Lance Williams and Cory Moore are both folks whom I have delt with at the service counter and always keep me informed on the work needed and time to do it. This latest trip I needed to replace two tired due to road debris damage. Nick arranged a loaner car as they needed to source two identical times to match my set. I came in this morning, dropped the loaner and drove off with my vehicle. All good, Thanks to the lads and lasses at TT More

Gil this was long overdue. I love my 18 Tacoma. Gil was the man, straight shooter, no hidden extras. Gave me exactly what I asked for. Though maybe I shoulda got the satilite ra I love my 18 Tacoma. But seriously great guy to work with, after a year and 3 months with my taco, absolutely would not trade or give it up till 20 years down the line. Service department is good too. Was in there for my 20,000 service and suprised me when they included the cabin air filter. Was gonna do it myself that weekend but they did good.
