0 stars for Service Manager Chris Damiani. Very rude, argumentative and aggressive over the phone. I called Toyota because I bought my Truck there few years back. It started showing sig Very rude, argumentative and aggressive over the phone. I called Toyota because I bought my Truck there few years back. It started showing signs of oil leak on my cam shaft tower, apparently a very frequent problem with that model. Attempted to find an answer since I have only 40,000 miles in it but it’s just past the 5 year mark for the power train warranty. Sounds like Chris took my questions very personally and did not want to hear my problem, like any other dealership that sells a car and once it’s off their lot it’s the owners problem. Hope he had a great and healthy Holiday. Definitely would never buy another vehicle from them ever again. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I think people need to know before purchasing a car from Torrington Toyota. Be Aware !!! More
