Our sales staff is professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly in ways that make you feel just like family. SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. My Favorite Car Dealership! I just purchased a 2019 RAV4 with Torrington Toyota and I could not be happier with my experience! They were fantastic from the moment I walked in the I just purchased a 2019 RAV4 with Torrington Toyota and I could not be happier with my experience! They were fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. I worked with Larry who was honest and transparent the entire time. He never tried to push me to something I didn't want and we ended up ordering the car. I was told it would take 4-12 weeks and with a little luck 3 weeks later I drove away with my new car. Danny and Dave gave me a fantastic deal which was the best offer of the 4 dealerships I went to initially. Each time I've gone through the car buying process it has been a hassle. These guys made it super easy and were extremely transparent throughout the process. I look forward to using them for my service needs. Torrington Toyota - Best Dealership Around! I just got my 4th new Toyota from Torrington Toyota and they are by far the best dealership around hands down! Great Experience from the Entire Staff I purchased my 2018 Tacoma from Torrington Toyota about a year ago after visiting multiple dealerships based on their selection, customer service and I purchased my 2018 Tacoma from Torrington Toyota about a year ago after visiting multiple dealerships based on their selection, customer service and integrity throughout the buying process. I've since gone back twice for service on my truck, and my experience with their Service Department was an extension of that with their Sales team. In both service visits I've worked with Vance Williams, who has been courteous, professional and friendly. He also has taken the time to describe what was involved with each service appointment, which was very helpful. The biggest takeaway - At many dealerships, one can feel like just another customer to process. Not here - the personalized attention makes a big difference. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used Toyota! More
